The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Communication Was Discussed

“The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Communication” was the overarching theme of the seminar-meeting organized on June 12 at the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia. The event was attended by marketing, communication, and development professionals from member companies of the Union.

Raffi Niziblian, Creative Director of Deem Communications—a company that has been providing comprehensive communication and marketing services in the Armenian market for nearly two decades—shared his team’s extensive experience. He spoke in detail about the effective use of AI tools in their work and emphasized the importance of applying these tools in brand development and promotion processes.

The seminar covered the opportunities artificial intelligence offers for business management, the relevance of integrating AI into marketing strategies, and reviewed trending AI tools currently available.

According to Raffi Niziblian, comprehensive market research has shown that, although many organizations have in-house teams for such tasks, there is often a need to seek additional external services. This applies to both companies targeting the Armenian market and those engaged in export activities.

The speaker also addressed numerous questions from the seminar participants.
