Tribute Paid to a Great Armenian on Entrepreneurs’ Day
On the occasion of Entrepreneurs’ Day, on March 3d, members of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia laid a wreath and flowers at the statue of the renowned Armenian philanthropist Alexander Mantashyants, located in the center of Yerevan. March 3 is also the birthday of this patriotic Armenian, and in his memory, a requiem service was held at St. Anna Church in the capital.
On this occasion, the President of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia, Arsen Ghazaryan, extended a congratulatory message.
“In this rapidly evolving technological era, amid fast-paced geopolitical developments and market globalization, businesspeople are required to exert great efforts, demonstrate flexibility, apply innovative approaches, and possess unwavering will and tireless dedication to adequately face challenges, ensure competitive qualities, strengthen their presence in new markets, and meet both domestic and international demands.
The economic stability of the country, job creation, support for security and social issues, the well-being of the population, and the implementation of charitable programs all depend on the diligent efforts of businesspeople. And Armenian businesspeople have upheld and will continue to uphold this mission with honor, unity, active cooperation, relentless creativity, and devotion,” the message states.
