The Practical Significance of Court Decisions Related to the Labour Code Presented

The latest seminar organized by the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia on July 2 was dedicated to the topic “The Practical Significance of the Decisions of the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Armenia Related to the Labour Code.”

The keynote presentation was delivered by Alvard Arshakyan, Head of the Labour Legislation Legal Supervision Division of the Health and Labour Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia. She provided a comprehensive overview of the topic and answered numerous questions raised by the participants.

The seminar was attended by directors, legal professionals, human resources managers, heads of personnel departments, accountants, and other specialists interested in the subject, representing companies from various sectors across Armenia.
